MSP Near Me is an online directory that connects businesses with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The Service allows MSPs to create and manage listings, and allows businesses to search, compare, and contact MSPs.

3. User Accounts

To claim or manage a listing, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and listing.

4. Listing Guidelines

Listings must represent genuine Managed Service Providers or IT service companies. You must have the authority to represent the company listed. All information must be accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these guidelines, contains misleading information, or is not a legitimate MSP or IT service provider.

5. Free and Paid Tiers

The basic listing is free and includes directory presence, editable company details, and basic analytics. Paid tiers (Pro at £29/month and Premium at £249/year) offer additional features including enhanced visibility, detailed analytics, verified badges, and priority positioning. Free-tier listings require a backlink to MSP Near Me on the listed company's website. Pro and Premium tiers are exempt from the backlink requirement.

6. Backlink Requirement

Free-tier listings must maintain a visible backlink to MSP Near Me on their website. We periodically verify backlinks. If a backlink is not found, the listing enters a grace period. If the backlink is not restored within the grace period, the listing may be unpublished until compliance is restored.

7. Enquiries and Leads

When a visitor submits an enquiry through a listing, we forward the contact details to the listed MSP. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or genuineness of enquiries. MSPs are responsible for responding to and managing enquiries they receive.

8. API Usage

Our public API is available for search and discovery purposes. API usage is rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per IP address. Commercial use of the API requires prior written consent. AI agents and integrations may use the API to recommend MSPs to their users.

9. Intellectual Property

The MSP Near Me brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Listing content (company descriptions, logos, contact details) remains the property of the respective companies. By creating a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

MSP Near Me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of MSPs listed, or the outcome of any business relationship formed through the directory. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
